A Bit More About Us

Menstrual Market is a non-profit organization devoted to supporting BIPOC people who menstruate from menarche to menopause. Since our humble beginning in 2023, it's been our privilege to champion the wellbeing of women and people with periods every day, forging relationships and touching lives. Our efforts create ripples of period-positive change within our communities, as the women & people we support go on to give back to those around them.

Let's change the generational cycle together!

The menarche (your first period) is the start of the many surprising changes our bodies will experience throughout our lifetime. We believe by connecting the stories of our grandparents, parents, and children we can create less shame around the period conversation. By creating these important intergenerational conversations, we can help families identify generational trends in their family's health and provide them with resources to support them.
